Course Objective
1. To develop necessary skills desired for qualifying interviews during on-campus & off-campus
placement drives.
2. To make students Self Confident to handle corporate world intricacies.
3. To make students understand the life they will live after graduating from the college..
4. Making students aware of future setbacks and devising means to tackle them in advance.
5. To prepare the students for Advanced Technological Developments in the recruitment process
like Virtual Interview, Online Interview, Videoconferencing Interview etc.

Campus Placements-
Inviting the HR, Organizing placement drive, Preparing students, types of hiring criteria, face-to-Face,
Written, Online, Dressing sense, off campus placement drive, Pool Campus Placement Drive. Precautions
during Placement Drives, Maintaining Silence, Unexpected Scenerios.Data submission, Join Company if
selected, Patience during drives, contractsigning, coming with necessary material, responding once
selected, send us to easy HR interview, Job Termination, Sloppy Job Application,Joining out of profile,
Unwillingness to relocate, Professors Responsibility in Placement drive.
UNIT 2
Fears in mind of Young Professionals- Fear of Public speaking, fear of job rejection, fear of losing control,
fear of being judged, fear of no gain, fear of uncertainty, fear of inadequacy, Sitting idle generates fear,
Two meanings of FEAR(Forget Everything & Run, Face Everything & Rise).
Removing Fear by Imparting Values-Aesthetic values, Political Values, Ethical values, Economic Values,
Value of Knowledge, SocialValues, Legal Values, and Religious Values.
Major Needs of Professionals-
