Bachelor of Business Administration is a three-year full-time course dividedinto Six semesters, affiliated with AKTU, Lucknow and approved by AICTE, NEW Delhi. The main objective of the BBA Course is to provide Knowledge related tobusiness subjects and soft skills that lead to total personality development of thestudentsas pertheneedsofindustries.

The rapid expansion of industries inIndia has opened new vistas for excellent opportunitiesfora career in management.The New Economic Policy of liberalization and decontrols has increased the demand formanagerial personnel in the corporate sector. The advent of multinational companies is further intensifying the industrial sector's quest in all management fields likefinance, production, marketing, personnel and administration. Financial managementincludes all the aspects of finance, investments, financing and portfolio management, project management, working capital management, international financial management, etc. Production management takes care of production methodology,costing, operations, quality control etc. HR deals with complicated aspects i.e. managing people recruitment, training, management-union relations, lab our and personnel policies, organization behavioral management.

There are two ways to get admission to KIPM-College of Management in the BBA Program.
1:Through CUET UG counseling after qualifying for the Entrance Examination conducted by NTA.
2: Direct Admission on vacant seats. Eligibility for admission to the first year of BBA -Candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts)with45%marks.
