We work proactively to establish and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, hospitals, and healthcare service providers. Through regular industry interactions, workshops, industrial visits, internships, and training programs, we ensure our students are industry-ready by the time they graduate.

Each year, we see a growing number of reputed recruiters participating in our campus placement drives, offering roles in areas such as production, clinical research, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, medical writing, and sales and marketing.

Furthermore, soft skill development, resume writing sessions, interview preparation, and grooming workshops are integral parts of our pre-placement training initiatives. These activities are designed to enhance student’s confidence, communication, and professional demeanor.

KIPM has MoUs with several organizations and institutions to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and skill of students. Students are regularly exposed to the latest industrial practices through several industrial visits during their stay.

To facilitate the interaction of the faculty and students with acclaimed national and international personalities, KIPM organizes seminars and lectures.

Through these, students get an opportunity to interact with eminent personalities from academia and the corporate world. In addition to these, also organize workshops and seminars involving professionals from the industry.
